I have been using this lip balm for the last 7 years and can find no equal! It is packaged in a chapstick-type tube, but the texture is like no other. It isn't waxy or sticky at all, but very smooth and light. I enjoy using it alone and also under or over my lip liners and lipsticks. It doesn't disturb the full effect of my lip colors either. It especially works nicely as a bedtime balm. Whenever my lips are very chapped, this is the one balm that remedies the problem. I have a tube of Kiehl's lip balm #1, and even with all the raves about Kiehl's, I prefer this one over it. I like the convenience of having it in a tube so that I can apply it directly on my lips without having to use my fingers. And surprisingly, when I have dry skin patches on my face and have no moisturizer in my purse, this balm nicely doubles up as a moisturizer without breaking out my acne-prone skin.
