After being a loyal Neutrogena user I decided to try the mascara and Gosh! I was so pleased with it. It didn't clump, it didn't make my lashes look like spider legs and it didnt smudge or smear. The flat wand gave me great reach and overall, if you're looking for a basic clean cut mascara...this is one you can happily spend your money on. :)
