I have been looking for an alcohol free toner to replace the harsh Clinique toners, so I deceided to give Neutrogena a try. I was surprised that an alcohon free toner has such strong fragrance! The fragrance kind of reminds me of fabric softener. I washed my face within a few minutes, so I don't even know if is good.
