This is a new item from Neutrogena, part of a 3-step routine (the other 2 items being a cleanser and a cream). The toner contains good stuff like AHA's and BHA's and depending on your school of thought also contains alcohol and witch hazel. I was suprised that this toner didn;t dry my skin or make it feel tight. The only think I wasn't thrilled with was the overpowering fragrance.
