Okay, I said the Almay Dual Phase Eye Make-Up remover was the best---it's pretty great, but it made me break out. This is the stuff that Almay D.P. lost its crown to! This is the best---soothing, ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT STING (I was using L'Oreal Plentitude---yeah, it stings a bit!), and it's especially formulated for water-proof, long-lasting make-up. It leaves the eye area soft and refreshed, and clean! It lasts forever too, because unlike a liquid, you can really control how much product you get onto the cotton round---no waste! It's got a great creamy, gel-based texture. I don't get raccoon eye in the morning anymore and it doesn't break me out! I bought my first tube two months ago, I JUST NOW bought a new one.
