I would rate this toner a "5", but it is not fragrance-free (which I would prefer). It has a floral-soapy smell. It is a faint pink color too.
I like this toner better than Paula's Choice toner for dry skin, because Nivea is more moisturizing and doesn't sting at all.
It comes in a 6.8 fl. oz. bottle, and contains ingredients such as: triple purified water, glycerin, hydrogenated castor oil, panthenol, niacinamide, aloe barbadensis gel, chamomile extract, among other more "scientific" sounding ingredients and preservatives.
I like that this toner does moisturize, and would probably be all the moisture needed for some, and in the winter it prepares the skin for your more heavy-duty moisturizer.
I will definitely repurchase.
