These pencils by NYC Wet N Wild are GREAT! They go on not too greasy but not too dry. They have great staying power and offer a wide range of colors and they also happen to be big in size so it lasts long. The most noticable quality is the fact that they're so cheap! I bypass more costly liners like L'OREAL or Revlon or M.A.C. for these pencils. They last long and won't break the bank!
