Not bad...
I bought this because it has that newfangled "no clumps" brush that has the spikey bristles. I didn't know if the brush was REALLY as good as the companies like CoverGirl claim, so I bought the cheapest mascara I could find that had that type of brush. I figured if the brush WAS that great, I would buy a better brand next time.
THE BRUSH IS AS GOOD AS THEY SAY! I haven't had ANY clumping whatsoever. I bought this in Black. I would have preferred brownish-black, but they were out of EVERYTHING (Wal-Mart, ya know). I am not impressed with the quality of the mascara-it tends to leave a flake here and there, and the first time I used it, it transferred (lightly) to my UNDEREYE area after I blinked. I have to be careful NOT to blink for a long time after putting this on. But, for a cheap, "Made in China" brand, this one isn't too bad.
**UPDATE** OK, after about 3 days, this stuff has gotten clumpy and sticky (and yes, I had the cap screwed on good and tight), so the quality is alot worse than I thought. I still love the brush, but I will NOT buy this brand again anytime soon.
