I'm discovering that in general "gentle cleansing milks" do not go the distance as far as feeling totally cleansed and refreshed as compared to cleansers designed for normal skins. This cleanser does remove about 95% of dirt and make up while keeping it's promise on being gentle and fragrance free. It just feels so bland- it's hard to believe it did the job at all. While I like wearing make up and keeping busy- a lifestyle that often leaves my skin feeling dirty at the end of the day, I really appreciate a cleanser that is refreshing, like my pores took a breath of fresh air for the first time since I last cleansed. This is a really flat. If you don't have sensitive skin and can use something with a little more zest, skip this.
