Another beautiful shade from OPI's Fall 2004 Canadian Collection. Niagara Falls for OPI is a shimmery medium-toned mocha. It is similar to OPI's Chocolate Shake-speare, but deeper and more brown/mocha-toned than the other's more rose-toned shade. I can see this shade looking lovely on all skin tones during any season.
