Part of the Fall 2004 Canadian Collection, You Ottaware Purple is an absolutely gorgeous, blue-based royal purple with slight shimmer. I am usually not a purple nail polish fan, but I love how luscious this shade is. This particular shade's consistency is a bit more sheer (but definitely not watery or streaky) than the other shades in this collection, but nothing a second coat can't solve.
