This stuff promises to zap zits overnight with just a little dab applied to the blemish. Well, it contains Salicylic acid, and it must be a high concentration, because every time I used it, I woke up with a chemical burn on top of the blemish, leaving a dark painful scar. I stopped using it like that and just apply a very very thin layer all over my face to control oil overnight.
