This is a clear, botanical-based salicylic acid blemish treatment. I like that it dries really quickly and doesn't stay greasy or sticky on the skin. It really does help reduce inflammation quickly, and doesn't over-dry the skin. The only problem--it feels like it's searing your skin when you apply it. Your skin literally burns for a couple of seconds after application. It may be the clove oil, or the salicylic acid itself. I don't even have sensitive skin and it burns like heck. I just deal with it, but do not try this product if irritation (as far as stinging goes) really bothers you.
