This is loaded with lots of botanicals and two types of clay, plus scrubbing beads (jojoba beads). It has a very herbal/medicinal odor. I have found it work better as a mask rather than a cleanser because it doesnt thoroughly remove all makeup. It leaves a tingling deep down clean after only 2 minutes (per instructions on label for mask usage). It is a little tough to remove because it becomes pasty on the skin. Otherwise, it is a great invigorator for clogged pores!
