This eye cream claims to offer "rapid visble relief" for dry lines, puffiness, and dark shadows. Of the 3 claims, I find the dark shadows are slightly lighter than before, which is great! But the cream had also made my eye visibly drier than before, there are now tiny lines under my eyes that I did not have before using this product! As for the puffiness part, I don't have puffy eyes so I can't really say for. I would recommend this product to those who does not have dry skin around the eyes and wants to get rid of the undereye dark shadows.
