This mask is great if you have oily skin, it actually helps bring down the oilies on your face and help prevent breakouts. Most importantly it dosen't leave your skin irritated or red after you take it off. It leaves your skin more refreshed, and you don't feel the tightening on your face when you have it on, as with most masks might do. This mask is so gentle to your skin that you could actually use it everyday if you wanted to, or when you feel stressed out or tense whatever the case may be. The only downside to this mask is that is kinda smells like herbal medicine which in my opinion is not all that pleasant but once you get ued to it...it won't smell all that bad. Plus this 3.4oz tube lasts a long time.
