Oil Refiner acts like a oil-absorbing toner but is actually designed to be a great treatment for oily skin. You apply it after cleasing (best when applied with a cotton ball or pad) and sweep it over your face until it comes away clean. Instead of just covering the oil up, it actually goes down into your pores and helps to really refine your skin. It contains a seaweed extract which helps with oil breakthrough and helps unclog pores. It also has white china clay which leaves a nice matte finish, perfect right before applying makeup if you have an oily t-zone. One bottle lasts a long time and you shake it before using since some of the ingredients do tend to settle to the bottom. I have been using it now for almost 6 months and have noticed a great improvement in my oily skin.
