I'm giving this product a "3" only because I really like Pantene shampoos and conditioners, so the true rating in fact is lower. This "smoothing creme" wasn't able to smooth out my hair, which by the way is not very frizzy. It is more like a styling product that gives soft hold, not a leave-in treatment that I was looking for. It also didn't add any shine to my hair. Resume: quite expensive for a drug store product that doesn't deliver what it claims... I'll probably be using it occasionally, but sure will not recommend you to buy.
