this spray will hold your style all day, even if you brush it out. I curled my hair so it flipped out very high, sprayed it, then brushed it, and it bounced right back into place and stayed put all day and night. its not hard or too sticky, and holds better than anything I've tried. definitly worth the price. also won't discolor/darken blonde hair.
