I've been searching for a lipliner that doesn't add color or change the color of the lipstick I'm wearing - and this is it. It does not feel like a normal pencil when applying. Almost gel-like feel to the product when it is applied. It works. Some of sheer lipsticks tend to bleed - well, no more. I can't complain about the price either. In fact to justify the shipping charge of $5.00, I bought three at the same time, so I'm glad they work.
