I have sensitive eyes and am a contact lens wearer, that is why I need a mild yet thorough eye m/u remover. I tried them all, low and high end and the best I have come across so far is PC. It is mild, virtually de-puffs my spring allergy swollen eyes removing my smoky signature eye m/u in seconds, does not leave a stingy feeling, does not 'bite' my eyes and leaves no oily residue. A definite HG! I'll definitely repurchase, the price for this value is unbeaten.
