I am not a toner user but I think this one is ok. I have used it after working out or when I just need to freshen up before putting make- up on. This toner is pretty simple. It does what it says...freshens and that is about all it did. It didn't leave a sticky feeling on my face after applying it but it did take some time to dry. As far as toners go, I guess this is one of the better ones. I would have taken a point off because I am the kind of person who likes the floral or herbal smell a toner usually has; however, this toner is unscented and I know that is better than the perfumed ones so I gave it a 5.
