It's pretty good...
This is a nice, thick under-eye cream which provides plenty of moisture for the area. The package also says it can be used on lips too. I used this product for about a year and used it both on under-eye and lips.
My eyes tend to water from many eye products, but this one didn't irritate my eyes.
I think this would be an excellent product for someone with normal to dry skin who is looking for a general under-eye cream to provide moisture. This does not contain anti-aging ingredients, nor did it reduce lines or wrinkles over the year I used it.
As for the lips...it's good after washing your face. I wouldn't want to bother using it as any regular lip balm.
