Yuck. I couldn't stand the incredibly strong fake citrus smell, and I didn't like the slippery feeling of the balm on my lips (I prefer something much thicker that doesn't slide around). On the positive side, it makes your lips very glossy, and comes in a huge pot that would probably last forever.
