This is a once-a-week deep conditioning treatment. It has a very strong smell which lasts well after you use it. I found it to be too strong and I used it for only five minutes - not the 20 - 30 minutes recommeded for deep conditioning.
My hair looked a little too soft/limp afterwards and I have really dry hair. Next time I'm going to use it before shampooing, not after.
