This is the version for normal to dry skin. They also make a normal to oily skin eye makeup remover. This removed all my eye makeup including my waterproof mascara in two swipes. It did not sting my eyes or leave them feeling greasy. You take a pearl-sized drop and massage it into your eye area, then use a wet cotton square to remove it. I highly recommend this for people with dry, sensitive eyes.
