A hairdresser recommended this for keeping the flip in my hair and it really does work! I use velcro rollers to add some flip to the back of my style. I spray a little Hot Sets on my hair while in the rollers, leave the rollers in for 10 minutes, and the flip lasts for hours--much longer than with other products. The product is stiff and you have to carefully remove the rollers and comb through slowly to avoid damage (hence the 4 rating instead of a 5), but overall, I like it for maintaining my new 'do!
