Water Wax does not look like wax. It looks like a clear gel with purple glitter in a jar. I tried #3, mild control. I did hold my hair with some control and it is ok. I was surprise that it looked like someone squeeze plain hair gel into a jar and called it pomade or wax, I was expecting something special with this wax.
