i am one of those unfortunate people with thin, weak hair. if i use a really heavy conditioner, it weighs down my hair. if i use a light conditioner, my hair breaks. i went to my stylist with the problem and she recommended redken anti-snap. it's a leave in conditioner that you apply from the ends up, and is supposed to treat current split ends and prevent new ones. i have been using it for three weeks now and see a dramatic difference in my hair. i still use a very VERY light conditioner after i shampoo and put this on after i towel dry...and have had no problems whatsoever with my hair being too limp or lifeless. if you are trying to grow your hair like me but can't get it past your shoulders because it keeps breaking at the ends, TRY THIS. it is a little expensive, but really worth it. i don't think i will ever be without this product!!
