I felt I needed some serious help with my teenage skin at age 37 so I decided to go all out and get this from the Bliss Spa catalog. Pricey, yes; worth it, well, the jury's still out. My zits have healed and I haven't had any new ones lately so it must be doing something. I have been using it every night for a week. It contains salicylic acid and hydrogen peroxide as its main actives. Philosophy also makes a hydrogen peroxide cream for acne/oily skin for less than half the price of Remede's so I might look into that when this runs out.
