This product comes in a little compact and you apply it to your cheeks and eyes with your finger (like a cream blush or shadow). Apply sparingly and build up the color - this stuff stays put! The color I bought "Rosey" is a wonderful pink shade that isn't TOO pink for my very fair, ruddy skin (though there are other shades you might look into if your skin is darker or has a different cast). I liked it better on cheeks than on my eyes, but it looked nice in both places. As a blush it gave me a pretty "flushed" look, like I'd been outside in the snow. It has a very subtle shimmer too, that gives you skin that outdoor glow. Even on my combo/oily skin, it stayed put all day. All in all, this product is a winner!
