all over color lighting is supposed to be for cheeks AND eyes but no way would i put this shade on my lids..the color is a definite rose color and i don't wanna look like i have a swollen eye. but it looks great on cheeks..a very natural rosy glow with a bit of sheen to it. i don't really care for the packaging, swirling my finger around in the gunk isn't my favorite thing to do and the texture is a lil on the pasty side, but all in all not bad. i did notice it has a bit of a tendency to sink in to pores once its been on for a while..another bummer, but if applied over foundation it should be fine.
