My skin is already normal-to-dry, and of course the area under your eyes doesn't have any oil glands, so it's even drier. This is why I don't understand why they would make an oil-free concealer, unless it was meant to cover pimples, but this product was marketed on commercials and in the store to be able to "cover undereye circles." It was way too drying for my skin, and got all cakey, especially if I dusted a little bit of powder over it to make it stay. Which is really too bad, because when you first put it on, it has a pretty good, opague coverage. Maybe it would work better on someone who's skin isn't as dry as mine.
