This is the best non-smear stay-put eyeliner I've ever used. I used to use the high-end brands like Estee Lauder, and Lancome, but this is the best eyeliner and it's fairly cheap. I've also used the Maybelline Great Wear Eyeliner, but this eyeliner last longer and does not smear as much. If you're looking for a long-lasting non-smear eyeliner, this one's for you.
