This was the first time I had tried this eyeliner by Revlon- and I know it's been out awhile. But I was surprised how soft and easy to draw with it was. I got "Stormy" for my Winter Rose collection, and it made a beautiful, smooth line that lasted all day for me. I think just using it dry is intense enough. I'll definitely buy this pencil again in another color.
