I like stick foundations but this new one from Revlon was a complete disappointment. It's the greasiest feeling "oil-free" foundation I have ever tried, and has a strong oily-chemical smell. The awful smell doesn't quit, it never sets to a matte or even semi-matte finish, and was a complete oil slick in less than an hour. (And I don't even HAVE oily skin!) Revlon says it "won't rub off" and they are right, it was very difficult to remove. On the plus side, it does have a broad spectrum SPF 15 but that's the only good thing I can say about this one. I gave it a rating of 1 because it might possibly be useful to someone with truly desert dry skin and an impaired sense of smell.
