I beleive that sometimes less is more, and it definitely applies to this product. I have it in Natural Light 01, there is no obvious shimmer, it just provides an incredible glow coming out of the skin (as I really don't like glitter or too much shimmer for daytime make up).

I apply it before foundation from just above the brows, down the temples and across the tops of the cheeks. The result? I have faked the appearance of someone who drinks two litres of water and takes all my vitamins every day!
