I tried it and it looked kind of clumpy at first, so when I put it on I just smeered it around and I loved the color (Dazzle) and I waited 3 minutes for it to set, you can't feel it setting unlike Cover Girl's "Color Stay" lipcolour. But then I put on the shine and it looked amazing! It didn't come off until I actually smeered it off with my tissue.
