Either I can't figure out how to put this liquid lip on, or it doesn't live up to it's claim to stay on. I put this on according to the directions, and it still "kisses off". I give this liquid lip a 3 because, yes it does go on smooth and it isn't drying, but I am disappointed that it comes off.
