This mascara is supposed to contain light-reflecting
particles to brighten the eyes. I can see the particles,
but on the eyes it looks like regular mascara. I didn't
see any brightening effect. Besides, this stuff doesn't thicken or lengthen. It's also the worst flaking mascara
I've ever tried. I was horrified to find I had black particles scattered all over my face. For that reason alone,
I won't use it anymore.
