Part of the Fall 2003 Enchanted collection, Mystical is a royal blue with a paler blue and lavender shimmer to it. Think night sky with a the back light of the moon in the distance. Very pretty for the toes, but not for tips.
As with all Revlon colors, the consistency is nice and even, the wear is great and the price is pretty unbeatable.
