I like dramatic monochome eye make-up, but i have an unsteady hand. I was wary of using a liquid liner at first because it looked kind of tricky, but after a few attempts with this liner, it was actually quite fun to use. The downside to this liner is that its not quite smudge proof, but thats probably because i fidget and always end up ruining it. But it would suit someone who doesnt fuss with there make up as much as i do.
