This is a nice eyeshadow in Fjord Blue. The label on the back you peel it up and it says 'Crease-free eyeshadow. Lasts up to 8 hours. Use wet or dry.' Its shimmery with enough color. I havn't tried it wet yet, but dry it does last and makes my eyes look bigger.
