Rimmel Stay Matte Compact Powder Foundation
Can anyone tell me why a foundation for oily skin, that
is labelled "oil free" contains MINERAL OIL as one of the ingredients? Yuck. This one was bound to make me break out. I gave it a one because it wouldn't let me give it a big fat 0.
