On a whim, I picked up Rimmel's Stay Matte foundation in 001 Porcelain. I rarely use drugstore cosmetics because of the lack of testers, but I thought I'd give this one a try.
"Porcelain" does match my MAC NC35 liquid foundation. Although, Rimmel's is a tad bit on the peach/pink side whereas MAC's foundation has more of a yellow/beige base, which looks very natural. There is a slight odor, and the coverage is sheer to medium. It is supposed to last for 6 hours without any touch ups, but I did have mid-day shine within a few hours. "Porcelain" is a tiny bit lighter than the foundation than a normally use, but after a couple of hours, the oils in my skin cause the foundation to darken a little bit. There weren't that many shades available, which is a big drawback.
All in all, I think that Rimmel's Stay Matte foundation is pretty good, especially considering that it's less than $4.00 for 1 ounce of product.
