I have used lots of different liners, and this for me is definitely the best. It's a propelling pencil, and, therefore, doesn't need sharpened - unlike the annoying ones that break all too easily!
It gives a really good defining line - and, of course, the price is pocket-friendly! The colour I go for is 'Obsession' which is a dark wine colour.
