Love this lipstick. Love this color. "Desire" is a sheer red with a slight pink note and a very subtle shimmer. It goes on sheer (which makes the color far less scary than you think), but you can build it up to a darker color. It goes on creamy and feels moisturizing as you're wearing it. This color really brightens up my face. I have very pale skin, green eyes, and dark hair so it's really hard to find reddish lippies that don't draw untoward attention to my lips -- but this shade is flattering not garish, and as an added bonus it really makes my green eyes pop. There is a slight taste and smell when you apply it, kind of like a watermelon jolly rancher, but it's not at all unpleasant and it goes away quickly. The color lasts about as long as any other regular lipstick (which means it does wear off over time or after eating) but the price, formula and color all make up for that and this is definitely a 5 star lipstick.
