In my search for the ever elusive perfect waterproof mascara, I came across this Rimmel verison at Wal-mart a few weeks ago. I'm a woman who wants my mascara to stay, alas this was not the case. In few hours it was already smeared across my bottom eye area. It did however, go on smooth and provided some length. But, I was very dissatisfied.
