Rosebud Perfume Co. Rosebud Salve
This is the best lip conditioner ever! It can be used on your skin and blemishes but I use it cheifly as a lip balm. When using other lip balms (MAC, Kiehl's, etc.,) my lips still felt dry, but never with this product.
