It does kind of work. A very small increase in size is noticed. Obviously contains something like menthol, causing a slight stinging sensation and encouraging blood circulation. But it isn't just the sting that is a turn off. It has a very strong, odd taste and smell. Fruity, but sickly. Just not the thing I enjoy wearing so close to taste and smell receptors!

Realistically changing the features you were born with doesn't come without some discomfort. But I will toss this one away, there has to be a better product.
